We are attending the wedding of a couple that is getting married sooner than expected due to a new arrival coming. They have been living together for a couple of years and really do not need knick knacks. I do not want to getting a baby type gift as this for them and the baby shower is later. We thought of cash as they will need that with all the changes coming into their lives, but I am not sure if that is still acceptable. If cash is OK, how much is appropriate? Any other ideas?
